Handtmann Process Technology is pleased to have two new partners at its side, which significantly expand its international presence. Firstly, we welcome ARCHON Industries in the USA and secondly INDEL, responsible for Central America, the Caribbean and parts of South America.
ARCHON Industries is a renowned supplier of high-quality equipment for the process industry with headquarters in Suffern, New York. Since 1993, ARCHON has been active in the manufacture and distribution of products for various sectors, including food and beverage processing, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, petrochemicals, biotechnology, energy, dairy, pulp and paper. ARCHON offers a wide range of products including DIN and SMS fittings, hoses, lighting units, liquid level indicators, manholes, sight glasses and flow indicators, spray balls, spray cans and washdown stations. With a strong existing customer base and a dedicated sales team that regularly visits customers throughout the US, ARCHON has a solid market position.
Together with ARCHON, we plan to build a spare parts inventory that will provide significant benefits to our existing customers. This includes easing customs procedures, reducing costly deliveries and shortening delivery times, which will significantly increase our customers' efficiency and satisfaction. This partnership will significantly increase our reach in the American market and improve the efficiency and satisfaction of our customers.
INDEL will strengthen our presence in Central America, the Caribbean and parts of South America. The company was founded in Germany in 1984 and has made a name for itself through its strong connections and extensive expertise in South and Central America. INDEL's established sales structure includes offices in Mexico, Colombia, Venezuela, Central America and the Caribbean. The employees have extensive knowledge of the local language Spanish and a deep understanding of the local mentality, which makes communication and business relations much easier.
